Invertase

Invertase is an enzyme which is produced by the body that breaks down sucrose into glucose and fructose, which can then be absorbed by the body. Certain health conditions mean that your body no longer produces sufficient quantities of Invertase and a supplement may be required. Typically invertase is included as part of a digestive enzyme complex.
